Todays responsibilities:
Go shower, moisturise and wear clothes and shoes that will not
add blisters to my feet.
Buy Newspaper, go into station and read there while savouring
mugs of hot chinese tea.
Check on the keyholes that needs replacing by the locksmiths for
the other department.
edited: Fold the letters and put in envelopes for the other
department. Post them out.
Call island wide departments to get the contact details of
retirees.
Call the retirees and verify that their contact numbers and
addresses is current.
Print out attaching reply slips to the retirees. Print out
letters to invite retirees to attend appreciation dinner event in
March 2010. Prepare updated addresses and contact details
list.
